Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Locations and Charges

We deliver across the UK mainland, including Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable

to deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.

  • For business customers:
    • Orders over £50 (excluding VAT) qualify for Free delivery.
    • Orders between £25 and £49 (excluding VAT) incur a delivery charge of £5.00.
    • ○ Orders under £25 (excluding VAT) incur a delivery charge of £5.95.
  • For personal customers:
    • Orders over £50 (excluding VAT) incur a delivery charge of Free Delivery.
    • Orders under £50 (excluding VAT) incur a delivery charge of £5.95.

 

  1. Delivery Times
  • Most orders placed by 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day and delivered the next business day, subject to product availability.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Some larger items, including furniture and bulky technology, may require 3-5 business days for delivery. The estimated delivery time for these items will be provided at checkout.
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order via your account on our website.

 

  1. Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. After the third attempt, the order will be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-delivery.

 

Returns Policy

  1. Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 business days of receipt.

We will arrange a collection and offer a replacement or a full refund.

  1. Returns for Non-Faulty Items

If you wish to return a non-faulty item, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order.  Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  1. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Exclusions

Certain items, such as custom orders or perishable goods, cannot be returned unless faulty.
