We deliver across the UK mainland, including Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable
to deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order via your account on our website.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. After the third attempt, the order will be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-delivery.
Returns Policy
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 business days of receipt.
We will arrange a collection and offer a replacement or a full refund.
If you wish to return a non-faulty item, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Certain items, such as custom orders or perishable goods, cannot be returned unless faulty.
