We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control. Ownership of the goods will pass to you upon full payment and delivery.
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel an order, you must notify us in writing.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You may be responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.
